How often do I need to sealcoat my driveway? It all depends on the condition of your driveway. Driveways that are in rough shape will need to be sealed once and then again two years later. After that, the driveway should be back to looking great and be sealed every 2- years. The typical driveway should be sealed once then again every 2-4 years depending on the location and coverage. New asphalt should be sealed within 1-2 years after installation.
-
Do you treat oil spots?Yes. We prep the oil with a special formulation primer. This stops the oil from bleeding through your newly sealcoated driveway.
-
Why should I sealcoat?Sealcoating is an essential aspect of protecting your investment, and it can add years to the life of your asphalt.
